I understand and agree that tuition is due on the 1st of the month for the current month. I will pay tuition as outlined in the packet, and based on my chosen payment plan. Meaning June tuition is due June 1st. Tuition is set up and automatically drafted through iClass each month.

I understand that in addition to tuition, I will pay assessments as outlined in the packet, and based on my chosen payment plan. Assessments are ran automatically on the 20th of each month.

I understand that my uniform is a separate cost and is due on its set due date. I understand shoes are not included with my uniform; I will order them personally. They can be purchased on the Legends Cheer Elite ProShop found on our website. White shoes are required unless otherwise noted for your team.

I understand that I am subject to a late fee charge of $25.00 after the 5th and the 25th of the designated month. Excessive tardiness in payments will be grounds for my child not competing, possible dismissal and my being sent to a collection agency.

I also understand and agree that as a parent signing this contract; I am solely responsible for the tuition, travel expenses, uniform, assessments, fees, etc. as outlined in this packet.

I understand that if I leave the program prior to my teams’ end of the year competition or before May 16th, 2022, I am subject to a $550 buyout fee. This will be billed to the card on file at the time of my departure from the program.

I understand that all Assessments are Non-Refundable for any reason.

I understand and agree to allow Legends Cheer Elite to charge my card and or bank check card (with a major credit card symbol) that I have provided below in the case I do not get my payments in on the designated due dates.
